What is Divadeep?

Divadeep is an agency specialising in influencer marketing. Our agency is the bridge between businesses and their customers. We organise various market studies, promotion campaigns and manage the individuals acting as a nano-influencers: from registration until they receive their rewards.

How does it work?

After downloading the Divadeep App, you will be able to choose to participate in the campaign you like. All campaigns are different and are priced differently (100 DD points equals $1). You can be asked to complete questionnaires, test a mobile application, do nano-influencer tasks on your Social Media accounts etc. After selecting the campaign just follow the instructions. You have full freedom to choose which task you want to do, without any obligation. Your Divadeep profile will also allow you to see the history of your executed campaigns, how many points you earned, how to cash out and how much you received since the start of your registration.

Please note that not every country has available campaigns, this will depend on our clients orders.

Is this a scam?

Some people wonder whether they can really earn money by answering surveys. Your opinion provides real value to companies who want to develop their market and sell new products and services. These companies are willing to pay for those insights.

We are a London-based company (20-22 Wenlock Road, N1 7GU, London, UK / Company number: 10589214) and we link consumers like you to well known brands from around the world so you can share your opinions with them and get paid. Our paid surveys are most often lifestyle questionnaires and are conducted to obtain information about people's preferences and opinion. Neither we, nor other companies, will ask for any money or excessive personal questions. You have full control in your hands and can stop using Divadeep at any time.

Is Divadeep free to join?

Yes, Divadeep is totally free to join and our app is free to download. It is available on Google Play and App Store.

Can I have my brand tested on Divadeep?

If you want to contact our sales department, do not hesitate to send us an email to: divadeepltd@gmail.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible and maybe arrange a meeting. This email is only for B2B contacts. Questions regarding app user issues will not be answered here.

Why will I earn money?

Nowadays, various brands and companies invest heavily in order to better understand their customers. This allows them to keep current clients and attract new ones. Marketing surveys, questionnaires, promotion campaigns on Social Media etc. are very successful ways to find out what people like and what they don’t. In exchange for the time spent on doing those online tasks, companies are willing to pay. It is an easy way for you to earn money and for them to get results.

How will I earn money?

After completing a campaign, all the DD points you have earned will appear on your account. You can claim your reward whenever you want from the moment you have enough points to do so. Depending on the country you are from, payment methods are different. You can find out more about the payment methods in your country in your account, section “Earnings”. Depending on the method of payment you choose, the minimum amount of DD points that you can convert to cash or rewards will be different.

How to take part in our campaigns / tasks?

To apply for our campaigns / tasks on our mobile app, you must first register. Once registered and your account is activated, go to the section “Campaigns”, click on the campaign that interests you, and on the button "Participate".

Then, depending on the campaign, you will possibly have to answer some demographic questions. If your profile matches the requirements of the campaign, you will be able to start your online job and be redirected to the campaign page.

How long does a campaign / task last?

The length of a tasks varies and depends on every campaign individually. It can take from 30 seconds to 30 minutes.

What are your selection criteria?

We select users according to many criteria established by our clients, which vary for each of our campaigns. Feel free to fill out your profile at 100%, some of this information can make the difference regarding your selection.

Are my personal details safe?

Yes, Divadeep does not share your personal details with any 3rd parties without your permission. Information about you will only be held by our company. Your answers to the marketing survey questions will be provided to the company that asked us to do the exact market study you are involved in.

Do you have a referral scheme?

Yes, Divadeep has a referral scheme for you to earn money. Login to your account and go to "My Profile" section. You will find here your personal referral code that you can give to your friends / family. If they use your code when they register, you will get 25 DD points after the first completed campaign from them.

Check if you are using the correct email address and if your password is correct. If you have forgotten your password, we invite you to reset it by clicking on "Forgotten password".

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, we invite you to reset it by clicking on "Forgotten password" and by filling in your email address. You will automatically receive an email from Divadeep allowing you to reset your password.

I want to change my personal information

If you wish to modify your personal information, go to "My Profile", you can change your personal information and click on "Change my personal information" to update your profile.

The app tells me that my email address does not exist

Check if you use the correct email address (the one you used when registering on our app).

If the problem persists or if you have deleted your account by mistake, we advise you to contact our customer service by email: contact@divadeep.com

I did not receive an email to confirm my registration

Check if our email is not in your spam or junk email. Also, make sure your email address has no errors.

The link to activate my account does not work

Do not hesitate to change your device (in case you are using your smartphone, or your tablet, choose a computer) or change your browser if necessary.

I would like to subscribe / unsubscribe from your newsletter

To subscribe to our newsletter, simply go to "My Profile" and select “Subscription to newsletter”.

To unsubscribe from our newsletter, deselect “Subscription to newsletter”. However, you will no longer receive our emails (paid surveys / online jobs that might interest you).

I would like to delete my account

If you want to delete your account, simply go to "My Profile" and click on "Delete my account". All your personal information will be automatically deleted.
